Meet Dr. Kelly Faddis
Dr. Kelly Faddis received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University. He received his B.S. degree in Medical Biology from the University of Utah. He has been providing quality dental care since 1990. He is also the forensic odontologist for the state of Utah, working closely with law enforcement and the medical examiners office.
He currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine, an adjunct professor at Oregon Health Service Center, and adjunct clinical professor at Creighton University. Dr. Faddis was one of a few dentists chosen to provide dental treatment for the athletes, coaches and government officials involved in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. He also served on the identification team at the World Trade Center disaster.
Dr. Faddis takes countless hours of continuing education each year. From basic restorative to complex cosmetic treatment, thus allowing him to give you the best treatment available.
Dr. Faddis is affiliated with several prestigious organizations including the American Academy of Forensic Science, the American Society of Forensic Odontology, the Utah Dental Association and the Salt Lake City Dental Society. He was also selected to be a member of The Pierre Fauchard Academy, an organization that promotes exemplary advancement in the field of dentistry. This is the highest honor society in the dental profession. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and The International College of Dentists.
An active community member, Dr. Faddis does volunteer work with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and Boy Scouts of America. He also works with the Federal Government Forensic Response Team and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
